  3. Hello Christine,
Loved your 100 Fun Things To Do. My favorites are Make a fall centerpiece & bake pumpkin bread. I don’t have a recipe but I’ll make one up.
I was a caregiver for 15 years until my husband died recently of Parkinson”s. So fun is something I really need right now. It’s so dear to my heart because I haven’t seen much of it in the last years. While he was ill I wrote a book called ART & CREAKY BONES that helps encourage older people to begin painting or writing or any creative past time that scientists say will keep them healthier and help them live longer. Creative activities also are a great way to make new friends and stay socially active. And it’s a wonderfully satisfying aid to anyone who is lonely. My book received 6 awards for Aging, Inspiration and Art, so I
would be very pleased if you would read it. It’s a colorful art book that seems to give people a lot of pleasure. Thank you so much for your lovely blog.
    All the best, Sheila Reid
